On August 22, 2006, Pulkovo Aviation Flight 612 departed from the sunny shores of Anapa, Russia, on what seemed to be a routine journey to Saint Petersburg. However, a deadly combination of severe weather and critical errors by the flight crew would soon plunge the aircraft into a fatal dive, leading to one of Ukraine's worst aviation disasters.
